Warm and cute team!

It's lovely place for visiting some must see attractions in Norwich.

The bathrooms are cold.

My room included a kitchen, a TV, and a kettle.

Had a grand stay for one night! The free parking was a real gem, and the quietness amidst the busy hotel was a pleasant surprise. I did wish for a kettle and cups in the room. Would definitely return again!

Stayed for 1 night and was impressed by this good budget hotel. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from Tombland. Moreover, it's not far from more than enough cafes, and central Norwich.

What they don't tell you

The staff are friendly and helpful. The Budget Double Room was equipped with a big smart TV and great air conditioning. Proximity to bars and clubs is a plus for nightlife enthusiasts. You'll definitely feel taken care of here!

Look for the nearby garden square. It's a peaceful spot to unwind with a book after exploring the city.

The place needs a bit of a facelift. I mean, my shower gel was in the kitchen-who knew that was a thing?

The location was perfect. Being close to the cathedral made our daily explorations easy. The facilities included a microwave and fridge, convenient for our group. We appreciated the free parking.

The hotel could benefit from a few physical improvements, which are currently underway.

The staff was always helpful and the wifi was superb for streaming. The room had a smart tv, a nice touch.

I had a great night at cathedral hotels! Free parking was a huge plus, and my budget double room was super quiet, even with the hotel being busy. It was easy to find and just a short walk from the city centre. My room had a microwave, kettle, and fridge.

On arrival, the lack of clear signage made the check-in process confusing, especially with reception located in a different building. A room swap was required due to a bad smell, but the new room was disappointing with no hot water and cleanliness issues. The noisy environment further detracted from the stay, while the staff were friendly but not very helpful in resolving these problems.

Solo traveler experience worth it

Free car park was a real benefit,,, great to have that peace of mind. My room had a microwave, kettle, toaster, and fridge,, everything was super clean and clean!

It wasn't cheap,, but still good value.

The staff at Cathedral Hotels Norwich are excellent. the hotel is low-budget and has a marvellous and perfect location within easy walking distance of the city center. It is situated next to the catholic Cathedral, surrounded by plenty of cafes in a very clean and nice area.

The new room comes with a toaster and clean showers, and the staff are exceptional and caring, always with a smile.
